The platform allows you to request a remote reset of a computer enrolled in the MDM, provided it is switched on, connected to the Internet, plugged into a power outlet, and the user session is unlocked.

To synchronize the Miradore MDM on your Windows PC, follow the steps below.
It is technically possible to enroll it in the MDM, in the same way as a work computer. However, the employee's consent is required.
From the Fleet tab of the platform, you can perform different actions remotely. Here is a detail of these actions.
Rzilient works with several remote control tools called MDM (Mobile Device Management).
From the "Fleet" tab, you have access to a range of data, including the status of each piece of equipment in your fleet.
MDM enrolment enables you to wipe a computer remotely. If the computer is not enrolled, it can of course be reset manually.
It all depends on what you want to do with the equipment in question: wipe it and/or keep it in your stock or not?
If you have a Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool, you may need to synchronize your fleet from the platform.
Device specifications are provided by your MDM tool. Unfortunately, some MDMs do not allow us to retrieve information from Apple devices.
When an employee leaves your company, follow the offboarding procedure on the "Employees" page.
Go to the Fleet page to edit a device's information (keyboard language, RAM, storage, processor, etc.).
For all MDMs except Miradore, contact IT support to request a change of computer owner. For Miradore, reassignment is instantaneous.
Only Windows Pro PCs allow remote deployment of security policies via MDM.
On the Employees page, select one or more employees and click on the "Invite" button. If the icon is grayed out, the employee has already activated his/her account.
You can inventory your equipment from the Table view or the Map view on the Fleet page.

If your Rzilient subscription includes an MDM tool, the computers and their information will be automatically added to the platform once enrolment is complete. For Starter subscriptions without MDM, start by importing your data from a CSV file.
By default, a synchronization between the Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution and the Rzilient platform is done automatically every night.
You may wish to remove a piece of equipment from your fleet, for example if it is recycled following a breakdown, or if an employee buys it back when he or she leaves.
