To synchronize the Miradore MDM on your Windows PC, follow the steps below.
MDM enrolment enables you to reset a computer remotely. If the computer is not enrolled, it is of course still possible to reset it manually.
It is technically possible to enroll it in the MDM, in the same way as a work computer. However, the employee's consent is required.
Rzilient works with several remote control tools called MDM (Mobile Device Management).
From the "Fleet" tab, you have access to a range of data, including the status of each piece of equipment in your fleet.
Zero Touch deployment lets you automate the pre-configuration and enrolment of computers in your fleet.
If you have a Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool, you may need to synchronize your fleet from the platform.

When an employee leaves your company, follow the offboarding procedure on the "Employees" page.
If your Rzilient subscription includes an MDM tool, the computers and their information will be automatically added to the platform once enrolment is complete. For Starter subscriptions without MDM, start by importing your data from a CSV file.
You may wish to remove a piece of equipment from your fleet, for example if it is recycled following a breakdown, or if an employee buys it back when he or she leaves.
