If your subscription includes MDM

By default, the Rzilient platform automatically synchronizes with your Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool every night.

‍

If an employee registers his or her computer, it will be automatically allocated to him or her on the platform within 24 hours.

‍

As an administrator, you can force platform synchronization by clicking on the "Synchronize your fleet" button on the Fleet page.

‍

Wait a few minutes, and the computer should appear as assigned to the person who enrolled it.

‍

If you are not an administrator on the platform, please wait until the next day - an automatic synchronization is performed every night.

⚠️ Without MDM, you can import your fleet by clicking on "Upload IT fleet" on the Fleet page.
