Platform use

I have just completed an enrollment but I do not see the equipment on the platform. What should I do?

By default, a synchronization between the Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution and the Rzilient platform is done automatically every night.

In order to see your equipment on the platform after an enrolment, you will need to perform a forced synchronization. To do this, click on the "Synchronize your fleet" button from the "Map view" in the "Fleet" page.
