If you use a Mac
Make sure you have selected the correct keyboard language when typing your password. Click on the this link for more information.
The password may expire after a certain period of time.
In this case, you'll need a code to open the session. Rzilient IT support can help you unlock your user session if your Mac is enrolled and this recovery key has been retrieved by the MDM.
