From the "Fleet" tab, you have access to several data:
  • The make, model, serial number and processor of the device

  • The employee to whom the device is assigned and his department

  • Whether the equipment is enrolled in the MDM or not:

  1. Active: registered and active
  2. Enrolled: registered (becomes active after several synchronizations)
  3. Deleted: deleted from the MDM
  4. Unmanaged: device that is no longer managed by the MDM (after a deletion for example)
  5. Unknown: device not recognized by the MDM as a computer/phone
  6. Pending : action in progress in the MDM on the device

To perform different actions remotely, click on the three command buttons:

  • Request help: the chat window to contact our IT support will open with the device information pre-filled

  • Lock the device: This means that it will remain enrolled in the MDM, but a password issued by Rzilient upon request by the manager will unlock it

  • Restart the device remotely

  • Delete data from the device: you will wipe the computer, which will then have to be enrolled in the MDM again once it has been assigned to another employee.

  • Obtain a price for the trade-in: we will provide you with an estimate of the trade-in price

  • Remove the device from the fleet: the computer will be de-registered from the MDM, and it will be impossible to take any remote action for security reasons, unless the employee keeps the computer when he leaves, for example

⚠️ To perform a remote action, the device in question must be enrolled in the MDM.

The actions that can be performed remotely on an MDM-enrolled device differ depending on the device model and MDM tool. For example, only device reset may be available and not user session lockout.

If a feature is not available, please contact IT support from the chat.
