In case it has been indicated by the supplier, a tracking link will be available in your orders summary table(My Orders 👉 Status).
To display more data on this table, click on "Columns" at the top right of the table.
⚠️ Deliveries to Paris by courier are not linked to a tracking link, as they are tracked by SMS.
In case of emergency, we invite you to contact the Supplys team on the platform chat or by e-mail at it-support@rzilient.club, and not the Customer Success team.
