How long do I take to deliver my orders?

Our usual lead times are 10 working days between the order on the platform and the delivery date.

This time frame takes into account the constraints in terms of procurement, pre-configuration and delivery of the equipment to the desired address.

As the supply and delivery phases are carried out by suppliers and carriers, rzilient has no control over any delays on their part or any reasons beyond our control.

That's why we invite you to anticipate your orders as far as possible, whether you're renewing or onboarding a newcomer.

Please note that shipping (excluding Paris via same-day courier) takes up to 3 working days via Chronopost in France and UPS in Europe.

Out-of-time emergencies will be handled on a best-effort basis.

Your Customer Success Manager will be happy to help you build up a back-up or emergency stock, and anticipate future onboardings or equipment renewals.
