Why can't I choose an earlier order or onboarding date than the one proposed?

There is a period of 10 working days between the order on the platform and the delivery date - by default, it is not possible to choose an earlier date on the platform.

This time frame takes into account the constraints in terms of procurement, pre-configuration and delivery of the equipment to the desired address.

We invite you to anticipate orders as much as possible, whether it is a renewal or the onboarding of a newcomer.

Please note that shipping (excluding Paris via same-day courier) takes up to 72 hours via Chronopost in France and UPS in Europe.

Out-of-time emergencies will be handled on a best-effort basis.
