I can't enter my personal address to complete the delivery. What should I do?

Our platform uses a solution that uses Google Maps to find delivery addresses.

If the address you are using is not visible on Google Maps, an error message will appear on the platform.

To get around this limitation, add a recognized address as close as possible to the desired delivery point.

In the next field, "Additional information" , you can specify any details required for delivery: floor, door, building, etc.
