Our platform uses a solution that uses Google Maps to find delivery addresses.

If the address you use is not visible on Google Maps, an error message will appear on the platform. To get around this limitation, add a recognized address closest to the desired delivery point and specify the correct address in the "comments" section.

In this case, please share the information with your dedicated Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to inform him/her of this.
