ISO 27001 certification: BoondManager rises to the challenge

BoondManager is a management solution used by over 1,500 digital services companies and consulting firms.

Created in 2009, this intuitive, collaborative software is designed to facilitate the management of the entire consultant lifecycle, from recruitment to invoicing.

BoondManager recently decided to obtain ISO 27001 certification.

This standard, which is essential for guaranteeing IT security and corporate compliance, requires rigorous implementation of data protection measures.

The challenge was to pass it in record time, so it's best to be well supported and advised. That's why the company turned to rzilient.

IT fleet enrolment in record time

80 computers enrolled in 48 hours: a feat that enabled BoondManager to rapidly comply with ISO 27001 requirements. All equipment, whether Mac or PC, was 100% secure.

Thanks to the collaboration with rzilient, BoondManager was able to optimize its onboarding process quickly and efficiently.

The need was clear: to secure BoondManager's entire IT fleet within a very tight timeframe. This was where rzilient came in with a solution that was both simple and highly effective.

By integrating a mobile device management system (MDM) via the rzilient platform, we have set up a fast, smooth enrolment process for all employees.

Once this was done, the rzilient teams remotely deployed the security configurations: hard disk encryption, password enforcement, and much more.

In just a few days, all 80 pieces of equipment were secured and compliant with ISO 27001 standards, ensuring BoondManager's peace of mind.

Delivery and configuration of new computers

The collaboration didn't stop there. An additional 15 computers were delivered directly to employees' homes in less than a week.

These computers, already configured with the necessary applications according to employee profiles, enabled the company to prepare for the ISO audit on schedule.

ISO 27001 certification has enabled BoondManager to ensure the total security of its IT fleet. This first project, successfully completed, marks a promising start to our collaboration.
