A Mac may experience problems after a requested reset on the rzilient platform, especially if it has an Intel processor (i5 or i7).

We invite you to consult Apple's resources for solving the problem:

  • Question mark
  • Crossed-out circle (prohibition sign)
  • Globe (warning symbol)
  • Apple logo
  • Blank screen

In this case, it's best to reinstall the operating system, macOS . To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Switch off your Mac by holding down the power button for up to 10 seconds.

2. Four options are displayed, click on "Reinstall macOS".

3. Click on Continue, then follow the on-screen instructions.

  • If the installer prompts you to unlock your disk, enter the password you use to connect to your Mac.

  • If the installation program offers you the choice between installation on Macintosh HD or Macintosh HD - Data, choose Macintosh HD.

  • If the installer doesn't detect your disk, you may need to erase it first.

4. Wait until the installation is complete, without putting your Mac to sleep or closing its lid. Your Mac may restart and display a progress bar several times, and show a blank screen for a few minutes.

5. Once the installation is complete, the Mac is ready to launch the Settings Wizard. Follow the wizard instructions.
