Before requesting assistance from our IT team, we invite you to perform a few simple tests:

- If it's a MacBook charger, you need to cross-test. You need to test your charger on another MacBook with similar characteristics, and test another charger with identical characteristics on your computer. This test will let you know if the malfunction is really from the charger. ‍

‍‍- If it is a PC charger, we invite you to observe whether your computer's battery is performing well, the time it takes to discharge, as well as the ventilation noise. You can also update the power supply drivers on the supplier's page to check for any anomalies.

Note that frequent powering of computers can cause this malfunction. It may be necessary to check the light on the shift key to see if power is flowing to the computer.
