I want to reallocate a computer from my stock and they ask me for a delivery address even though I physically have it. What can I do?

If the computer is on your premises and in your possession :

  • Skip the delivery details step on the platform

  • Keep the default selection of delivery on your premises*.

In this way, you can finalize the onboarding and reassignment of the computer that was in your inventory.

⚠️ Before reassigning the computer, make sure it has been de-registered and reset.
