Required information

We'll need the following information to give you a trade-in price estimate: make, model, year, processor, RAM, storage (SSD), screen size, serial number, cosmetic condition (scratches, etc.) and functional condition (battery, etc.). If it's a MacBook, click on this link to access Apple's tutorial.

Buyback procedure

After receiving the computer in our offices, we will proceed to a diagnosis of the equipment to verify its condition and then we will present you with a final estimate.

Points of attention

‍

- Be honest. You have everything to gain by being transparent about the aesthetic and functional condition of your equipment. If the declaration does not match the physical audit, a discount will be applied to the trade-in price.

- Don't forget to include chargers and power cables with the shipment. If you do not have them in your possession, allow for a discount on the estimate transmitted.

- Return charges apply if you do not accept the final proposal, up to €25 excluding VAT per returned computer.

- Before sending your machines for the physical audit, remember to take photos of the boxes and note all serial numbers.
