When we receive computers returned by employees as part of offboarding or renewal, here's a look at our meticulous cleaning process for reassigning computers:

  • Meticulous cleaning of screen and external surfaces: We use microfiber cloths and specialized cleaning products for professional use to remove all fingerprints, dust and residues, to ensure impeccable screen and external surfaces.

  • Complete keyboard and trackpad disinfection: We use disinfectant wipes to thoroughly clean every key on the keyboard and the trackpad surface.

  • Removal of debris and dust: Using appropriate vacuum cleaners and soft-bristle brushes, we remove all crumbs and dust from keyboards, ports and connectors.

  • Rigorous inspection: every computer is thoroughly inspected to ensure that all surfaces are clean and that the unit is in perfect working order before being reassigned.

  • Secure packaging: Cleaned computers are carefully packed to prevent damage in transit. We are aware that transport can shake the devices, sometimes causing crumbs to rise up from under the keyboard and staining the screen.
