The different types of deprovisioning :

• Do nothing: no action will be performed on the device

‍

• Lock the device: the device will be locked by a password that can be given to an administrator of your account upon request

‍

• Delete device data: the device will be completely erased and reset (our recommendation).

‍

• Remove from MDM: the equipment is removed from the MDM and deleted from the platform (note: you will then have no remote control over the machine).
  

‍

⚠️ De-provisioning actions following offboarding can take up to 2 hours to be effective.
