Suggestion:
I placed an order but it does not appear in my "Orders" tab. What should I do?

If your order does not appear on the platform in "Orders", it means that it has not been confirmed by your manager.
Get in touch with him/her to approve it. Once approved, the order will appear with the status "confirmed".
Managers can use the following procedure to approve an order:
