What to do in the event of a claim under a leasing contract with BNP Paribas?
In the event of a claim, the procedure to follow is as follows:
1. Notify BNP Paribas of the claim as soon as possible:

- Mail : assurance.service@fineasy.com
- Through the BNP Paribas client area
2. File a complaint within 48 hours of the incident
Youmust forward the complaint to"assurance.service@fineasy.com"together with this claim form.
⚠️ It is your responsibility to send this form to BNP Paribas. Similarly, you must notify Rzilient if a computer is no longer covered by a contract (e.g. in the event of theft), as this is a contract signed between your company and BNP and we are not kept informed of this information.
The insurance is charged at the same time as the rent.
