The company is part of the GoTo group and has 10,000 corporate customers in 180 countries.

You can try Miradore for free, and then have access - without time limit - to a free version with restrictions on functionality.

To benefit from the full version, the budget is €2.75 per device / month (and a customized price will be offered above 1,000 devices).

This is a complete suite of MDM applications: device and data security, patch and system management, geolocation, usage restriction management, automation, analysis tools...

The drawback: Miradore only manages mobile terminals. You won't be able to manage your entire IT estate with this one tool. 🔍

Workspace ONE

Workspace ONE is a solution proposed by VMWare, which allows to provide and manage any type of application, on any device.

The tool allows you to manage a fleet of devices and also applications.

The Workspace ONE price list is divided into 7 levels:

• Employee Essentials,
• Mobile Essentials,
• Desktop Essentials,
• UEM Essentials,
• Standard,
• Advanced,
• and Enterprise.

Monthly prices range from $3 to $15 per user.

For MDM-based device management, the Standard version is ideal. If you also want to manage desktops and applications, you'll need the Advanced version.

The tool allows you to manage your fleet of terminals, to ensure total security of the latter, and to automate many tasks.

For the record, Workspace ONE was previously called AirWatch.

Ninja One

The Ninja One solution has already been adopted by over 9,000 organizations in 83 countries.

Over the years, Ninja One has won numerous prizes and awards, proving that its technology is effective and appreciated by industry experts.

The software solution is rich in features, including an MDM / RMM brick.

Because of this rich functionality, the company doesn't display prices publicly on its website. However, the return on investment is quite rapid compared with its competitors. ⚡️

Jamf (for Mac)

Jamf works exclusively for the devices of the Apple galaxy:

• Mac,
• iPhone,
• iPad,
• Apple TV.

Therefore, if you also have Android or Windows devices to manage, skip it :) Unless you want to manage two MDM tools, which is not recommended.

The tool offers numerous functionalities for managing devices, applications, ensuring security and fighting against security breaches, etc. With a key advantage: its 20-year specialization in Apple tools.

The price of the license is 4$ per month for the basic version (Fundamentals) and 13$ per month for the Business version.

‍Disadvantage: Jamf is only suitable for organizations with a 100% Apple installed base.

Proof of the computer giant's open-mindedness (or business sense!), Intune works with devices running Windows, but also Apple (iOS/iPadOS and macOS) and Android.

Intune allows you to manage the security of your devices and data, and connects natively and easily with the entire Microsoft software suite (Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.).
