‍Aleasing transaction between 3 parties (The client company, Rzilient and BNP Paribas bank).

BNP Paribas buys the computer equipment on your behalf and is the owner.

‍

By contract, you agree to pay him a monthly rent for a certain period of time, which in return allows you to use the computer equipment.

To be eligible for leasing you must :

At least 1 balance sheet of your company  

‍

The amount of funding requested must be at least €700 excluding VAT.

‍

The different steps for the validation of your file are :

‍

1. Setting up a quote with a sales person

‍

2. Study of your request by the leaser

‍

3. Agreement or refusal of the leaser

‍

4. Setting up the contract

‍

‍

In order to set up the contract, the necessary documents are :

‍

- KBIS & RIB

‍

- SEPA mandate that will be sent for signature directly by BNP

‍

- Identity card / Passport or "power of attorney" of the signatory

‍

- Proof of professional multi-risk insurance*.

‍

‍

‍Theleasing contract set-up fee is €120 excluding VAT.

‍

‍Therefore, we recommend our customers to group their orders under one contract.
