I've placed an order but my invoice still hasn't appeared. What should I do?

For all orders for computers, telephones or tablets, the invoice is issued on receipt of the equipment.
This enables us to enter the equipment's serial number on the invoice, making it easier to track.
The invoice is then available on the platform, on the "Orders" page, "Invoices" tab.
