1. No need to perform employee on/offboardings manually 🚫

2. Your employees are added and deleted automatically as they are modified on PayFit ✅

3. A request to reset their equipment via MDM enrolment will be launched following their departure 🧹

Consult the conditions 🔗 for the reset to work.

The equipment must be enrolled in the MDM, switched on, plugged in and connected to the Internet, and the user session opened if Mac is unlocked.

⚠️ Make sure that no Apple ID is connected to avoid blocking.

Points of attention

‍

🤷 Non-HRIS employees: remember to continue on/offboarding anyone not on PayFit, such as freelancers or interns.

‍

⏳ Synchronization: PayFit and rzilient synchronize automatically every night. If you have added or deleted an employee on the same day, you can force synchronization by clicking on the "Synchronize your fleet" button from the Employees or Fleet page, so that the change appears on rzilient.
